About Gina
I build systems for small businesses. Before that, I spent 15 years doing the same thing inside software companies.
I'm Gina Harrison. I live outside Boulder, Colorado, and I started Twist & Thrive because the small business owners around me were brilliant at their work and spending too much of their week on everything around it.
For 15 years I ran customer experience, onboarding, and operations teams at software companies like Conga, Movable Ink, and Swrve. The job was always the same underneath. Find where people get stuck. Build the thing that gets them unstuck. Then make sure it keeps working.
Now I do that for dog breeders, doulas, massage therapists, solo nonprofit founders, and anyone else who started a business because they love the work and want to spend their days doing it.
I'm not an agency. There's no account manager and no junior designer. When you work with me, you work with me. I build it, I explain it, and you own it.
I use AI the way a carpenter uses a power saw. It helps me build faster. It doesn't decide what to build.

- Everything I do ends with something built and working. No reports you have to translate into action yourself.
- Prices are set before I start. I don't bill by the hour.
- I start with the tools you already have, and only add new ones when they earn it.
