Intake and dashboards
From first inquiry to a system that runs your day
You started your business to work with your clients, not to chase their details across your inbox, your DMs, and a spreadsheet. I build the intake, dashboards, and reminders that handle it behind the scenes, one level at a time.
What I build, by level
- Intake: a branded form you link from Instagram, one queue, automatic confirmations
- Dashboard: client records, statuses, services assigned to the right person, notes
- Checks and balances: approvals, matching against availability, handoffs, document review
- Automate: reminders, notifications, and lifecycle emails you can edit
- Full system: more than one kind of user, outside reviewers, reporting, settings
This is for you if
- Inquiries come in from Instagram, email, and texts, and some get lost
- Your days fill up with everything except the work you love
- Things slip when more than one person is involved
- You've tried software that didn't fit how you actually work
Examples
K5 Dog Services
Levels 1 to 3. Four intake forms feeding one queue, a daily home screen, a matching workbench, and document scanning into each dog's record.
Nurture Sync
Levels 1 and 2. An intake queue for new families, doula assignments, and team capacity in one view.
Reclaim & Renew
Level 2. A live job dashboard where customers decide, item by item, what's kept and what's recycled.
An investor summit
All five levels, launching 2027. Applications, reviewer approvals, deadline reminders, editable emails, and reporting. More on events.
What it costs
Intake starts at $2,500. Each level adds to the last, up to a full system from $14,000. Payments, a website, and brand basics are add-ons.
Prices and delivery dates are set before work starts. Anything over $1,000 can be split into payments. I don't build systems that store people's medical or health records.

Questions
Do I need new software for this?
Not always. I start with the tools you already pay for. If something new will save you real time, I'll tell you what it costs before you sign up.
Can I start with one level and add more later?
Yes. Each level builds on the one before it, so adding the next one extends what you have instead of replacing it.
Can you connect the tools I already use?
Usually, yes. Booking tools, email, forms, payments, and spreadsheets can often be connected so information moves on its own.
Not sure where to start? That's what the call is for.
Twenty minutes, free. You tell me what's stuck. I tell you honestly whether I can help and what it would cost.
