What was slowing it down

Behind every puppy is a long list of moving parts. Inquiries from new families. Matching families with puppies. Heat cycles, due dates, litters, pickups, boarding. Paperwork for every family. All of it tracked by hand, in too many places. The manual work was eating the hours that belonged to the dogs.
