Pricing

Five levels that build on each other. Start with the one you need now and add the next when you're ready, without starting over. Every price is set before work starts, and nothing is billed by the hour.

Five levels that build

Each level includes everything before it. Most owners start at Level 1 or 2. The examples are real systems I've built.

Level 1

Intake

from $2,500

For when inquiries pile up in your DMs and inbox.

  • A branded intake or application form you link from Instagram, your site, or anywhere you advertise
  • Every inquiry lands in one queue instead of five places
  • An automatic confirmation, so people know you got it
  • Approve, decline, or follow up straight from the queue
Built likeK5 Dog Services: four intake forms feed one queueNurture Sync: one intake queue for new familiesAn investor summit: one application with a separate path for each kind of applicant
Level 2

Dashboard

from $4,500

For when your day lives in texts, notes, and spreadsheets.

  • One place to run the day: a record for every client or job
  • Statuses that match how you work
  • Services identified and assigned to the right person
  • Notes and comments kept with the client, not in your head

Includes Level 1.

Built likeReclaim & Renew: customers mark each item keep, remove, or review, liveNurture Sync: doula profiles, assignments, and team capacityK5 Dog Services: a daily home screen with everything at a glance
Level 3

Checks and balances

from $7,000

For when things slip between people or steps.

  • Nothing moves forward without the right approval or sign-off
  • Matching that checks against availability before anyone commits
  • Clear handoffs when more than one person touches a client
  • Documents uploaded, reviewed, and filed to the right record

Includes Levels 1 and 2.

Built likeK5 Dog Services: a matching workbench for families and puppies, plus document scanning into each dog's recordAn investor summit: approve or decline, with a 1 to 5 grade and notes on each application
Level 4

Automate

from $9,500

For when you're the reminder system.

  • Reminders and notifications that send themselves
  • Lifecycle emails (welcome, follow-up, deadline, rebook) you can edit yourself
  • Status updates people can check without emailing you
  • Every email in your voice, from your own address

Includes Levels 1 to 3. Reminders are one of the best-studied fixes: across 21 studies, people who got reminders were 25% less likely to miss an appointment (BMJ Open, 2016).

Built likeAn investor summit: 8 email templates the organizer edits herself, ticket deadline reminders, and one-click status links
Level 5

Full system

from $14,000

For when several people, outside partners, and your numbers all need one home.

  • More than one kind of user, each seeing only what they should
  • Outside reviewers or partners who score and recommend
  • Reporting across everything
  • A settings page that puts you in control of text, emails, and options

Includes Levels 1 to 4.

Built likeAn investor summit: reporting and settings are live; an outside-reviewer portal for its committee is next

Add-ons

Add any of these to any level, or on their own.

Payments

from $750

A payment link or checkout in your name, on Stripe, that updates your dashboard and sends a receipt. Many owners prefer to keep handling payments themselves, and that's fine. I don't take a cut of anything you sell.

Website

from $2,000

Up to 3 pages written in your voice, set up so Google and AI search tools can find and describe you. Event sites with agenda, speakers, travel, and FAQ pages are quoted by page count. More on websites.

Brand basics

from $1,000

Logo lockups for light and dark backgrounds, colors, and type, so your forms, emails, and site all look like you.

Pricing and offers

from $1,200

A look at what 5 to 8 businesses near you charge, a new package and price structure, a client-facing price sheet, and talking points for raising rates. More on pricing.

Launching something new? Outreach and launch planning is available on request.

After launch

Every system I build needs a home and someone watching it. Pick the support that fits.

Hosting and care

Hosting, security updates, and small fixes. I watch your system and tell you if anything goes down. Your data stays exportable the whole time.

from $150per month

Monthly Access

Everything in Hosting and care, plus ongoing builds: one new piece or update each month and a monthly check-in. Three-month minimum, then month to month.

from $750per month

Running an event?

Applications, approvals, a branded checkout, and deadline reminders, without a ticketing platform taking a cut of every ticket.

How this compares

If a subscription tool fits how you work, use it. I'll tell you so on the call. Custom makes sense when you're bending your process to fit the tool, or paying for several tools that don't talk to each other.

Client management apps, like HoneyBook or Dubsado$29 to $109 a month, or $335 to $525 a yearLead forms, invoices, and automations, set up around their project stages

What to expect

Timing

Timelines depend on the build and on my schedule when we start. Your written scope includes your delivery dates, counted from when I have what I need from you.

You own it

Each client gets their own accounts. Your data stays exportable, and you can have a full copy of the code whenever you want. Where your systems and data live.

Running costs

Hosting is covered by Hosting and care. Tools you choose to add, like Stripe, have their own fees, paid to them directly. I tell you what anything new will cost before you sign up.

Health information

I don't build systems that store people's medical or health records. If your intake needs them, I'll connect you to a HIPAA-compliant tool instead.

Why work with me

Before Twist & Thrive, I spent 15 years running customer experience, onboarding, and operations at software companies like Conga and Movable Ink, setting up systems for large enterprise clients. Now I build the same kind of thing, sized for a small business. When you work with me, you work with me.

More about me

Twist & Thrive has essentially become the team I don't have. From our website to our platform strategy, Gina has handled the technical and creative work with the care of someone who's invested in the mission — which has freed me up to do the fundraising and vision-setting that a founder can't outsource.Dr. Jill Kaar, Founder & President, Advocates 4 ALL Youth

How paying works

You get a written scope and price before anything starts. Anything over $1,000 can be split into two or three payments. Card or bank transfer.

Working with someone you know?

If we know each other, ask. I'll show you the full price first, then what I can do. I'd rather split payments or phase the work than cut corners on what you get.

Pricing questions

How much does it cost to work with Twist & Thrive Systems?

Levels start at $2,500 for Intake and go up to $14,000 and more for a full system. Add-ons start at $750. A Clarity Audit is $450, credited when you start a level. Hosting and care starts at $150 a month. Every price is set before work starts.

Which level do I need?

Most owners start at Level 1 or 2. Take the 3-minute Time Leak Quiz to see where your time goes, or book a free call and I'll tell you which level fits.

Can I start small and add more later?

Yes. That's how the levels are designed. Each one builds on the last, so moving up adds to what you have instead of replacing it.

Do you charge by the hour?

No. You pay for what gets built, not for my time. We agree on the deliverable and the price up front.

How long does it take?

It depends on the build and on my schedule when we start. Your written scope includes your delivery dates, before you pay anything.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Anything over $1,000 can be split into two or three payments.

Not sure where to start? That's what the call is for.

Twenty minutes, free. You tell me what's stuck. I tell you honestly whether I can help and what it would cost.
