How much does it cost to work with Twist & Thrive Systems?
Five levels, from $2,500 for Intake up to $14,000 and more for a full system. Add-ons like payments, a website, or brand basics start at $750. How do I get started?
Book a free 20-minute Discovery Call, or take the 3-minute Time Leak Quiz first to see where your week goes. From there you get a clear price before you say yes to anything.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. You pay for what gets built, not for my time. We agree on the deliverable and the price up front.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Small, independent businesses. Wellness practitioners, doulas, trainers, breeders, solo nonprofits, local service businesses. Usually the owner is doing most of the work themselves.
Do I need to be technical?
No. I build it, show you how it works, and stay around long enough to make sure you're comfortable using it.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Where I can, I build inside your own accounts. Custom apps get their own setup so you can take them with you if we ever stop working together.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Anything over $1,000 can be split into two or three payments. Custom builds are 50% to start and 50% on delivery.
How long does a build take?
It depends on the build and on my schedule when we start. Your written scope includes your delivery dates, counted from when I have what I need from you, before you pay anything.
Do you use AI?
Yes, the way a carpenter uses a power saw. It helps me build faster. It doesn't decide what to build. The thinking and the judgment are mine.
Where are you located?
Boulder County, Colorado. I meet in person around Boulder, Lafayette, Louisville, and Denver, and work remotely with businesses anywhere in the US.
What happens on the Discovery Call?
Twenty minutes. You tell me what's pulling you away from your clients. I ask a few questions and tell you honestly whether I can help, what I'd start with, and roughly what it would cost. No pitch.
What's in the Clarity Audit?
A written look at your business: what's working, what's stuck, and what I'd build first, in order. We walk through it together. On its own it's $450. If you start any level within 30 days, it's credited in full.
What's the difference between the quiz and the Clarity Audit?
The Time Leak Quiz is a free 3-minute self-check. It estimates where your week goes from your own answers. The Clarity Audit is me looking at your actual business and writing up what to build first, in order.
Will I have extra monthly costs?
Hosting and care, from $150 a month, keeps your system hosted, updated, and watched. Tools you choose to add, like Stripe, have their own fees, paid to them directly. I tell you what anything new will cost before you sign up.
Can you store health information?
No. I don't build systems that store people's medical or health records. If your intake needs them, I'll connect you to a HIPAA-compliant tool instead.
